Every now and then a spray painted head doesn’t turn out as I hoped. This is one of them. There are some slight discolored streaks in the white layer of paint that go across his face. I use epoxy resin to not only protect the surface, but it also really makes the colors pop. Unfortunately, if there is a distinct wood grain underneath the paint, it can also bring out the grain as well. That’s not really an issue with darker colors, but in this case, a dark streak of wood grain was under the white and the resin brings this trait out. This little flaw does not affect the glow feature:)  That being said, i’m reducing this specific piece from its normal price of $135 to $100.
